The San Antonio Emergency Nurses Association (SAENA, Inc.), a 501(c)3 organization, invites you to be a part of our 12th Annual Educational Conference, “Concepts in Emergency & Critical Care Nursing – 2024”. The conference is being held on Aug. 22, 2024 at the Shrine Auditorium, 901 N. Loop 1604 West, San Antonio, TX 78232.
Our target audience is adult and pediatric Emergency and Critical Care nurses, forensic nurses, flight and transport nurses, hospital educators, directors of nursing, and academia.
Past conference attendances have been between 100 – 125 nurses. The majority of attendees are from Texas but there were also participants from nine other states!
Our conference committee is very excited about this year’s conference and is greatly expanding our marketing to capture more attendees.
Attendees are encouraged to visit the exhibiting vendors throughout the day. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided in or near the vendor room to provide for maximum exposure and networking opportunities. In addition, each attendee is provided with a vendor “Passport” which the vendor representative initials when the attendee stops at the table. Prizes will be awarded to attendees who visited and completed their passport.
It is because of our Exhibitors that we are able to offer a great conference at a reasonable cost. Vendor participation also provides attendees with the opportunity to learn about new, innovative changes in the services and products you have available.
